During your self-guided tour, you can skip the long entry lines and explore the palace at your own pace. You will see the famous Grand Ceremonial Hall, which holds the largest crystal chandelier in the world, weighing over 4.5 tons!
You will also walk through the private Harem section. This beautifully decorated area is where the Sultan's mother, wives, and children lived, and was once strictly closed off to the outside world. Today, the entire palace has been beautifully restored into a popular museum for everyone to enjoy.
