What makes this activity unique?
This experience aims to rescue the dedication and effort of the people who work on different farms, growing and harvesting essential products. We will go to a farm surrounded by the most beautiful landscapes with exotic fruit trees, such as pineapple, Jamaica, cocoa, cane sugar and more, in the open air with its welcoming facilities, which invites us to enjoy an experience of harmony and peace. We learn the different processes of the crops, we are also going to try some of the artisanal food, we will carefully choose the organic products on our farm, as well as we will bring certain tropical fruits to taste, so we guarantee that this experience is totally natural and exotic. We will taste a refreshing Jamaican Juice, we will know the process of cocoa derivatives. We will have the experience of observing the techniques that our farmers use for the production of certain crops and plantations

Visit a local farming community and gain insight into their crops, traditions, and ancestral cooking techniques that have been passed down through generations. Depending on the season, you may have the opportunity to see and learn about a variety of local crops, including cacao, mangoes, pineapples, sugar cane, rice, oranges, grapefruit, and other tropical fruits cultivated in the region. Discover how agriculture plays an essential role in the daily lives of local families and in the economy of Ecuador’s coastal countryside. At the end of the experience, take part in an authentic chocolate-making demonstration. Roast cacao beans, learn about the traditional process used to transform cacao into chocolate, and discover how flavor, aroma, and texture develop during each stage of production. This hands-on experience offers a deeper appreciation for Ecuador’s world-famous cacao and the people who preserve this important tradition.
