Cruise through the beautiful Bay Mau Coconut Forest in a traditional bamboo basket boat, try crab fishing, watch a fun basket boat performance and see local fishermen casting their nets. Continue with hands-on cultural activities such as pounding and separating rice, grinding rice and making fresh rice paper using traditional tools. Finally, cook four authentic Vietnamese favorites with step-by-step guidance from your local chef: Bun Bo Nam Bo, Pho Bo Ha Noi, Banh Xeo and Goi Cuon.
