Meeting and pickup
Once you leave the main road, simply follow the signs for “Paradiso di Cacuci”, which will lead you directly to our cellar, where covered parking is available and your guide will be waiting to welcome you.
What to expect
The experience begins with a private tour of the vineyards and ageing cellar, where travelers will learn about the philosophy and ageing process behind our wines. Guests will then enjoy a guided tasting of 5 selected wines: Rosato Toscano, Rosso di Montalcino DOC, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG (younger than 7 years), Brunello di Montalcino DOCG (well-aged over 7 years) and Super Tuscan wine.
The tasting is accompanied by a traditional Tuscan platter featuring pecorino cheese, bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil and Tuscan cold cuts.
You will learn about the production techniques of Brunello di Montalcino and taste its elegance, structure and evolution firsthand.
