Upon clearing customs and collecting your luggage, proceed into the main arrivals hall. Your professional driver will be waiting for you at the official passenger meeting point / NCC driver area holding a sign with the lead passenger's name.
Please provide your flight number and airline when booking so we can track your arrival in real time. We offer 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time starting from your flight's actual touchdown time.
Drop-off Location:
Civitavecchia Cruise Port or any local address. Direct pier-side drop-off right at your cruise ship’s dedicated terminal and baggage drop-off area, OR direct door-to-door drop-off at any hotel, B&B, vacation rental, or private address in Civitavecchia town.
What to expect
Upon landing at Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO), collect your bags and clear customs. Your professional driver will be waiting for you inside the arrivals hall holding a sign displaying your lead passenger name. Because we track your flight in real time, your driver will be there on time even if your flight lands early or is delayed. A full 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from actual touchdown.
2. Relaxing Executive Highway Drive

3. Direct Pier-Side Drop-Off
