What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Your driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby or arrival terminal. Your driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it.
What to expect
Once your booking is confirmed, we collect your travel details (flight number or hotel address). On the day of your transfer, we track your flight in real-time using live radar. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time is automatically adjusted at no extra cost, ensuring your driver is there exactly when you land.
Step 2: Meet & Greet
For Airport Pickups: Your professional, English-speaking driver will wait for you inside the Arrivals Terminal, holding a clear name sign.
For Hotel Pickups: Your driver will arrive 10 minutes early at your hotel lobby or Airbnb address and notify you upon arrival.
Step 3: Departure & Luggage Assistance
Your driver will warmly greet you, take care of your heavy luggage, and securely load it into the trunk.
Step 4: The Journey (Intercity Cruise)
Relax during a smooth, safe, and defensive drive. Your drivers are trained to prioritize safety and discretion—if you want to rest or work on your laptop, the ride will be quiet. For long-distance trips (such as Bucharest to Iași or Cluj), flexible comfort stops at modern highway stations for coffee, snacks, or restrooms are arranged whenever you request them.
Step 5: Arrival & Drop-Off
We pull up safely right at the doorstep of your destination address (hotel, office, or private residence). Your driver will unload all your bags, perform a quick double-check of the back seats to ensure no personal items (like phones or passports) are left behind, and wish you a wonderful stay.
