1Cueva Del Indio
After meeting your guide in San Juan, relax during the approximately one-hour drive to Cueva del Indio in Arecibo. Your adventure begins with a short hike across rugged limestone formations shaped by centuries of wind and sea. Along the coastal cliffs, take in sweeping Atlantic views, crashing waves, natural rock arches, and sea-carved blowholes, with plenty of opportunities for photos. Inside Cueva del Indio, view ancient petroglyphs created by Puerto Rico’s Indigenous Taíno people. Your guide will share historical and cultural context about the carvings and the cave, offering a fascinating glimpse into Puerto Rico’s pre-Columbian past.

After the hike, your guide will take you to a nearby local restaurant or food stand, where you can purchase authentic Puerto Rican food. Once the group has finished eating, relax during the approximately one-hour drive back to the original meeting point in San Juan.
