This is a door-to-door shared transfer service from Central London to Southampton Cruise Port, combining affordability with comfort.
Unlike standard coach or bus services, we collect you directly from your hotel or address in Central London and drop you off at your designated cruise terminal or hotel in Southampton. There are no fixed stops or public terminals to navigate.
Depending on the number of passengers booked on the same route, the vehicle may be used exclusively by your group or shared with one or two additional groups, with a maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle at all times. On quieter days, when no other passengers are travelling on the same route, your transfer will operate as a private service at no extra cost, and you will be informed of this in advance.

Driver Details & Communication
Your driver's name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up, via email, text message, or WhatsApp. Please contact us if you have not received these details.
We strongly recommend providing a mobile number available on WhatsApp or iMessage, as many of our clients have found these channels to be the most reliable way to stay updated. The driver will confirm their exact arrival time and provide live updates if you use either platform. Please ensure your phone is switched on to allow smooth coordination.

Meeting Points – Central London
Please wait in the hotel lobby or outside the main entrance of your residence at the scheduled pick-up time. If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the meeting point and call the number provided.
Pick-Up Time Coordination
As this is a shared transfer service, we may occasionally make small adjustments to the originally selected pick-up time to coordinate multiple collections and ensure an efficient route for all passengers. If an adjustment is required, you will be informed at least 24 hours in advance with the updated schedule.
Waiting Time Policy – Central London
We include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pick-up. If passengers do not show within 15 minutes, extended waiting fees apply thereafter. Charges are applied per 15-minute slot, starting from £12.50. Payment may be made to the driver in cash or via secure payment link.
To avoid delays and additional fees, we kindly ask passengers to be ready for collection at the confirmed time.
No-Show: If after 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time the passenger is uncontactable or fails to appear at the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show and a refund will not be possible.
Luggage Assistance
Your driver will meet you at the designated point, assist with your luggage, and escort you to the vehicle. Assistance is provided for both loading and unloading.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
