Our adventure begins at the famous Anchor located right outside the Cozumel maritime ferry terminal, in the center of the city. Our guide will be waiting for you 15 minutes before the tour start time. Consider to be ready at least 15 minutes before.
Travelers will first meet the team at the designated meeting point in Cozumel to complete check in before the selected departure time. Once the group is ready, the crew will guide everyone a few steps to the pier where the boat will be waiting. This first moment is simple and practical, helping travelers get organized before the marine route begins.
Begin your adventure at Palancar Reef, known for its vibrant coral formations and diverse marine life. Dive into the crystal-clear waters and explore the colorful coral gardens, home to a variety of fish, sea turtles, and other marine creatures. Swim alongside schools of tropical fish and marvel at the intricate coral structures that make this reef a snorkeler's paradise.
Next, head to Colombia Reef, famous for its deeper waters and dramatic drop-offs. Here, you'll have the chance to see larger marine species, such as eagle rays and nurse sharks, as well as stunning underwater landscapes. Discover the reef's fascinating topography, including caves and tunnels, while enjoying the rich biodiversity of the area.
The next part of the tour takes travelers to El Cielo, one of Cozumel’s most iconic marine locations. This area is known for its shallow crystal clear water and the starfish that can often be seen resting on the seabed. This stop brings a slower and more scenic moment to the tour, allowing travelers to enjoy the beauty of one of the island’s most memorable natural areas.
The final marine stop is El Cielito, a shallow turquoise area with a calm and relaxed Caribbean feeling. This location is known for its peaceful water and rays moving through the area, creating a softer ending after the reef snorkeling stops. During this final part of the excursion, travelers can enjoy snack service, which may include fish ceviche, guacamole with tortilla chips, and seasonal fruit. Selected drinks such as beer, bottled water, tequila, and margaritas are also served during this portion of the tour.
After the visit to El Cielito, the boat will begin the return to the original departure point in Cozumel. Travelers can relax on board and enjoy the final views of the Caribbean water as the experience comes to an end.
