Travel into the cultural heart of Yucatán on a full-day shared tour that combines Chichén Itzá, two beautiful cenotes, a regional buffet lunch, and the colonial charm of Valladolid. This experience is made for travelers who want a complete route filled with Maya history.
The day begins with morning transportation before heading toward Chichén Itzá, one of Mexico’s most recognized archaeological sites. With the guidance of knowledgeable local guides, you’ll explore the ancient city, learn about Maya life, and enjoy free time to walk, take photos, and feel the atmosphere of this historic landmark.
After the ruins, the route continues through two different cenote experiences: the famous Suytun Cenote and the impressive Ik Kil Cenote, where cool freshwater and natural rock formations create refreshing moments after the cultural visit. A buffet lunch near Ik Kil adds regional flavor before the final stop in Valladolid, a colorful colonial city that closes the day with local charm.

For that reason, the day before your trip you will be notified of the precise location where you must meet us the following day.
IMPORTANT:
In Cancún: Any hotel or accommodation situated in the southwestern quadrant of the city, between the intersection of Av Cancún and Av Kabah, as well as within the northern quadrant after Av José López Portillo, is served exclusively through a meeting point in downtown Cancún because of safety-related factors and poor street conditions. Even if your hotel or accommodation appears on the listed options, transportation will be arranged from the downtown area.
Any hotel or accommodation located in the northern quadrant of Cancún, after Av José López Portillo, is also served exclusively through a meeting point in the downtown area due to safety concerns and poor road conditions. Even if your accommodation appears listed, the transportation service will be scheduled from downtown Cancún.
In Playa del Carmen: Any hotel or accommodation located outside the downtown perimeter, between 30 Av Sur and Av Luis Donaldo Colosio, is served only through a meeting point in central Playa del Carmen because of security factors and poor street conditions. Even if your property appears listed, transportation will be arranged from the downtown area. This rule does not apply if your accommodation is within the Playacar hotel area or at one of the Riviera Maya resorts located immediately north or south of Playa del Carmen.
For most hotels and accommodations within the metropolitan coastal area of Playa del Carmen, for example a property located on 5th Avenue, the closest possible meeting point will be assigned. Local traffic authorities restrict shared transportation vehicles from entering streets that run parallel to the beach. In most cases, the designated meeting location is only a few minutes away on foot, at the nearest authorized bus stop to your accommodation.
This experience does NOT provide pickup directly from hotels located on any island and does not include ferry tickets or any other island crossing tickets in either direction. If you are staying, for example, on Isla Mujeres or Cozumel, you must make the crossing by your own means. Our vehicle will meet you at the bus stop nearest the ferry terminal on the mainland side of Riviera Maya, and your return will be provided to the same place where you boarded.
Access restrictions can apply to certain accommodations, hotels, or resorts because of security-related circumstances, physical road closures, restrictions imposed by authorities, streets in poor condition, or unpaved routes that cannot be accessed by vehicle. If this applies to your reservation, the final confirmation sent the day before your trip will direct you to the closest accessible meeting point and/or bus stop.
Restrictions may also apply when entering medium-sized or large hotel properties, resorts, or hotel complexes, depending on the individual rules established by each hotel. While most properties allow transportation services for shared experiences to enter, some may deny access for security or privacy reasons. In these cases, the final confirmation sent one day before your trip will instruct you to meet at the hotel entrance or at the closest accessible meeting point outside the hotel property.
If the meeting location selected during your reservation was later confirmed by our team through the final confirmation, but that place is not actually the accommodation where you are staying, you are required to notify our team in writing by email, reservation chat, text message, or WhatsApp, preferably within the first minutes/hours after receiving the final confirmation. This allows us to reorganize the pickup accordingly and meet you outside your actual accommodation or at a different meeting point. If you did not notify our team in writing in advance and attempt to request a change only a few minutes before, during, or after your assigned pickup time, the request will be subject to availability and approval, and there is no commitment or guarantee that the modification can be made. A last-minute change could interfere with the assigned pickup times of other travelers and affect the itinerary of passengers who are already on board. As part of our operating procedure, our team will always first look for travelers in the hotel lobby, boarding area, or front desk and, afterward, when previously approved, at the newly assigned meeting location.
Exact pickup times differ greatly depending on the area where travelers are staying. We operate multiple vehicles, and each vehicle is assigned to a specific zone, so no single vehicle covers every pickup area. Some estimated schedules are:
Cancún downtown and Hotel Zone: 6:30 AM – 7:45 AM
Playa Mujeres and Costa Mujeres: 5:50 AM – 6:50 AM
Puerto Morelos: 6:45 AM – 7:30 AM
Playa del Carmen and Playacar: 7:10 AM – 7:55 AM
Riviera Maya: 7:30 – 8:30 AM
Tulum: 9:30 AM
By booking, you understand and agree that the approximate pickup times shown above are not final or definitive and may vary according to the exact location of each hotel or meeting point.
By making a reservation, you also understand and accept that you are booking an experience whose transportation logistics originate in Cancún. Therefore, the farther your accommodation is from central Cancún, the earlier or later your pickup time may be.
The time shown on your ticket is the average boarding time commonly assigned to most travelers. Please contact our team directly to verify your exact pickup time. If you have any questions, also confirm your assigned meeting location directly with our team.
Please arrive properly prepared and on time at the designated place, at least 5 minutes before your assigned pickup time. Waiting periods are extremely limited, and transportation cannot remain waiting indefinitely for a participant. Please respect the established schedule. Be considerate and keep in mind that even minor delays can accumulate throughout the pickup route, affecting travelers who are already taking part in the experience as well as those who are still waiting to be collected.
REMEMBER: One day before your trip, you will receive a final confirmation message through the contact channels connected to your reservation. This message will include your exact pickup time and boarding location. It will be sent through the reservation chat, email, and the telephone number provided during booking through WhatsApp and/or text message, depending on which communication methods the number supports and which allow us to contact you and confirm receipt. For this reason, we strongly ask travelers to provide truthful, current, active, and reachable contact information.
The day begins with morning pickup and check in, as travelers board our comfortable shared transportation. During this first part, the team welcomes the group and organizes everyone before departure. Since several travelers may be joining from different locations, the process can take a little time. Once the group is ready, we will begin the road trip toward Chichen Itza. The drive takes approximately 3 hours, giving you time to settle in, relax, and get ready for one of the most important historical visits of the day.
Before arriving at Chichen Itza, the route may include a brief stop near points of interest close to the archaeological area. When the group reaches the site, travelers will leave the bus and walk with the guides toward the main entrance. During this short walk, the guides will assist the group with directions and useful information before entering one of the most iconic ancient cities in Mexico. Inside Chichen Itza, you will enjoy approximately 1 hour with a guide who will explain the history, architecture, myths, and cultural importance of this ancient Mayan city. After the guided visit, you will have about 1 hour of free time to explore independently, take photos, visit souvenir areas, or buy a drink or snack. Please follow your guide’s instructions carefully, as they will confirm the exact meeting time to return to the bus.
The experience continues with a visit to Suytun Cenote, one of the most famous cenotes in the region. Cenotes were considered sacred natural formations by the ancient Maya and were often associated with spiritual beliefs and the underworld. The ride to the cenote takes approximately 45 minutes. Once there, travelers will have time to enjoy its cool and clear waters in a unique natural setting. Bring your swimsuit, as this stop includes time to swim and experience one of the most special landscapes of the Yucatan Peninsula.
The tour also includes a visit to Ik Kil Cenote, a beautiful and internationally recognized natural site surrounded by impressive rock walls, hanging vegetation, and a powerful connection with nature. During this stop, travelers will have approximately 45 minutes to swim and enjoy the cenote. Near the cenote, you will also enjoy a buffet lunch with regional dishes and traditional Mexican flavors. This is your time to eat comfortably and try different food options before continuing the journey.
The final visit takes place in Valladolid, Yucatan, a colonial city known for its colorful streets, peaceful atmosphere, local traditions, and beautiful architecture. This stop offers a glimpse into the everyday charm and cultural identity of the Yucatan. Travelers will have approximately 30 to 45 minutes of free time to walk around, take photos, enjoy the surroundings, and experience the local atmosphere at their own pace. This stop adds a cultural and traditional closing touch to a day filled with history, nature, and regional beauty.
After the visit to Valladolid, the guide will indicate the meeting time and location to board the bus again. Once everyone is back on board, the return trip to Cancun and the Riviera Maya will begin. The ride back takes approximately 3 hours, offering time to rest after a full day of exploration. You can relax in the vehicle and reflect on a journey that included one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, sacred cenote waters, and the cultural heart of Yucatan. When the transportation reaches your drop off point, our team will let you know so you can safely leave the vehicle and conclude the experience.
