Your day begins with round-trip transportation from Cancun and the Riviera Maya by bus or minibus, with a box lunch served on board during the pickup route. Once in Bacalar, enjoy a breakfast with local-style options before continuing into the most refreshing part of the day: the Blue Cenote, where deep crystal-clear waters invite you to swim and cool off.
The experience continues with time at Balneario Mármol, a pontoon ride across Bacalar Lagoon, views of ancient stromatolites, a visit to the San Felipe Fort area, and a photo stop at the colorful Bacalar letters. It is a complete day of water, scenery, town charm, and relaxed exploration.

The experience begins with pickup from Cancun and the Riviera Maya aboard a bus or minibus. During the pickup route, travelers will receive a box lunch to start the day before heading toward Bacalar. This first part of the tour opens the day with the feeling of leaving the busy coastal areas behind and moving toward one of the most peaceful freshwater destinations in southern Quintana Roo.

2Bacalar
Upon arrival in the charming town of Bacalar, travelers will enjoy breakfast with a selection of local-style options. Choices may include Mexican eggs, chicken chilaquiles, eggs with chaya, hotcakes, or a fresh fruit bowl (And other dishes to choose from). This stop adds a warm and flavorful beginning to the Bacalar experience, giving travelers time to recharge before the water and sightseeing portions of the day.

3Cenote Azul
Travelers will visit Bacalar’s Blue Cenote, a beautiful natural freshwater setting known for its intense shades of blue and refreshing water. For safety, communication, and proper tour organization, all travelers must meet our team in the morning at the assigned pickup location, board our transportation service, and complete the required check in process before the tour begins.

From Monday to Saturday, the latest time to provide it is 21:50 hrs (GMT-5). On Sundays, the latest time is 8:00 PM (GMT-5). You may send this information through any of our available contact channels. After the cutoff time, last minute pickup arrangements can no longer be processed. If the required hotel or meeting point details are not received on time, the booking will automatically be moved to the next available date. This rescheduling is free of charge and does not include any penalty or additional fee. However, once this automatic rescheduling applies, the reservation will no longer qualify for a refund.

- The box lunch included in this experience is fixed. It is served as part of the regular meal option and cannot be adapted for special diets, food restrictions, or personal meal preferences.
