This isn't a typical cocktail tasting — it's a rotating seasonal menu inside a magic-and-fantasy-themed café in the heart of colonial Antigua Guatemala. From pumpkin margaritas and spiced horchata in the fall to Baileys espresso drinks and spiced wine come Christmas, every cocktail is handcrafted from scratch, turning the changing season into something you can taste.

What to expect
Warm up with a seasonal cocktail tasting at El Alquimista Café Bar, where autumn flavors like pumpkin, apple, and warm spices give way to cozy Christmas classics like mulled wine and spiked hot chocolate. Each drink comes with its own menu card, so you can explore the seasonal lineup at your own pace inside Antigua's most enchanted bar.

Espresso, pumpkin purée, aged Guatemalan rum, whipped cream
• Pumpkin Spice Spiked Hot Chocolate
With whipped cream and aged Guatemalan rum
• Pistachio Horchata
Homemade pistachio syrup, white rum. Note: contains nuts
• Hocus Pocus
Pumpkin purée, apple, spices, white rum.
• Chai Rumchata
Brewed chai, spices, horchata, white rum. Note: contains nuts

Kahlúa, vodka, horchata, pumpkin seed rim. Note: contains nuts
