Itinerary

1Tarangire National Park
Depart Arusha in the morning and drive to Tarangire National Park. Explore landscapes shaped by ancient baobab trees and the Tarangire River while searching for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, antelopes and predators. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing the afternoon game drive. Later, travel to Twiga Campsite . Your safari cook will prepare dinner while you settle into your tent for the night.

2Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, travel through the Ngorongoro highlands towards Serengeti National Park. Enter through Naabi Hill Gate and begin a game drive across the open plains towards the Seronera area. Look for lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest and several antelope species. Continue game viewing until the late afternoon before arriving at Seronera Public Campsite. Enjoy dinner prepared by your safari cook and spend the night in the central Serengeti.

3Serengeti National Park
Begin with a morning game drive in central Serengeti, when many animals are active. Explore the Seronera Valley and nearby plains while searching for predators and large herds of grazing animals. After lunch, continue game viewing as you travel towards Naabi Hill and enter the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at Simba Public Campsite on the crater rim in the evening. Have dinner and prepare for the following morning’s descent into the Ngorongoro Crater.

4Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After an early breakfast, descend approximately 600 metres into the Ngorongoro Crater. Explore its grasslands, woodland and wetlands while looking for lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos and black rhinoceroses. Stop for a picnic lunch at a designated site before continuing the game drive. In the afternoon, ascend the crater wall and begin the journey back to Arusha. The safari ends upon arrival in the early evening.
