    Arusha to Tarangire National Park

    Tarangire National Park

    Depart Arusha in the morning and drive to Tarangire National Park. Explore landscapes of baobab trees and open grassland while searching for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, antelopes and predators. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your afternoon game drive near the Tarangire River. Later, leave the park and drive to Kizumba Campsite near Mto wa Mbu. Your safari cook will prepare dinner while you settle into your tent.

    Lake Manyara National Park Game Drive to Serengeti

    After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive. Explore the groundwater forest, lakeshore and open plains while looking for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, baboons, hippos and birdlife. After lunch, travel through the Ngorongoro highlands and enter Serengeti National Park through Naabi Hill Gate. Continue towards central Serengeti, with game viewing along the way. Arrive at Seronera Public Campsite for dinner and your first night in Serengeti.

    Full-Day Serengeti National Park Game Drive

    Spend the day exploring the Seronera Valley and surrounding plains of central Serengeti. Follow different game-viewing tracks while searching for lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes and large herds of grazing animals. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a suitable site before continuing the afternoon game drive. Your driver-guide will select the route according to recent wildlife movements and road conditions. Return to Seronera Public Campsite in the evening for dinner and your second night in Serengeti.

    Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater Rim

    Begin with an early game drive in central Serengeti, when wildlife is often active. Continue exploring the plains and river valleys before travelling towards Naabi Hill. After lunch, leave Serengeti and enter the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The journey passes through open plains before climbing towards the crater highlands. Arrive at Simba Public Campsite on the Ngorongoro Crater rim in the evening. Enjoy dinner and prepare for the following morning’s descent into the crater.

    Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive to Arusha

    After an early breakfast, descend approximately 600 metres into the Ngorongoro Crater. Explore its grasslands, woodland and wetlands while looking for lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos and black rhinoceroses. Stop for a picnic lunch at a designated site before continuing the game drive. In the afternoon, ascend the crater wall and begin the return journey to Arusha. The safari ends upon arrival in the early evening.
