I can tell you some tips for making Takoyaki.
Especially you'll get recipe and you will know what you need to buy at grocery store.
This class takes place in my kitchen and dinning room so you can feel real Japanese life and you can relax.

Please go to Tsujido Station which takes 25 mins from Yokohama Station. Then Masumi(host) will pick you up there!

2. Learn how to make delicious Japanese Takoyaki.
3. Cook and Eat what you cook when you’re finished
4. Take a tour in a local supermarket (if you want)

●Takoyaki
Takoyaki is very cute, small battered balls containing octopus. When you visit Osaka, you can see Takoyaki shops and people wandering the streets while eating it.
●Miso soup
Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.
