Hotel pickup is available from Amsterdam, Schiphol Airport, cruise terminals, and nearby areas. Guests are kindly requested to provide their exact pickup address or hotel details when booking.
For airport pickups, the driver will contact guests before arrival via WhatsApp or phone with detailed pickup instructions, vehicle information, and live location updates if needed. The driver will be waiting at the designated pickup area with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s name. Flight arrivals are monitored to adjust for delays and ensure a smooth pickup experience.
For cruise guests, the driver will wait directly outside the cruise terminal exit holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. The driver will assist with luggage and guide guests to the vehicle.
For hotel or private address pickups, the driver will wait outside the entrance at the scheduled pickup time.
The driver will wait at the meeting point holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. Guests will also receive a WhatsApp or phone message before pickup with live location details, vehicle information, and clear meeting instructions.
