Oceanico is the original dolphin & whale watching organization in Huatulco.
There is a maximum of 12 guests for the best views and adventures!
Our bilingual crew of Naturalists are passionate and experienced marine wildlife experts.
The Ocean Explorer is a 10 meter boat ocean cruiser with cushioned seating and canvas roof that is fast and maneuverable so we can reach the best areas to see the dolphins and whales!
We have an underwater microphone to listen to the dolphins and whales too!
Oceanico has, by far, the most sightings in Huatulco.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Meet 10 minutes before tours at the Chahué Marina dock entrance. Boat leaves on time - no refunds or rescheduling if you miss the boat! All hotels & resorts in Huatulco have taxis. Taxi's are inexpensive with set rates. We'll call a taxi for you afterwards. There are bathrooms at the marina.
What to expect
Our bilingual crew of Naturalists greet you with a short briefing about the marine ecosystem and species we hope to encounter.
We cruise offshore to where the most dolphins, whales, sea turtles and oceanic rays can be seen.
We have an underwater microphone to listen to the dolphins and whales!
Our crew shares information about the amazing species we see and answers your questions.
During encounters our crew collect information for our research projects.
