One day before your flight (from 7:00 PM), we will contact you via WhatsApp or Viator to confirm the time and place of pickup. Please wait patiently for this message.
PICKUP DETAILS
• Schedule: between 4:20 and 5:00 AM (depending on your location).
• Service area: Mexico City Center (Roma, Reforma, Historic Center, Polanco).
• Tolerance: maximum 5 minutes. If you are not ready on time, you will have to go to our facilities in Teotihuacán on your own to join the tour.
If your accommodation is in areas like Coyoacán, Santa Fe, or the Airport, we will offer you private transportation (additional cost) or otherwise your meeting point is at the Angel of Independence, from where our shared transport will pick you up.
We are located at the entrance of San Juan Teotihuacan One day before your reservation, we will send you a message sharing the exact location via Google Maps and the time you should arrive.

4:20 am - 4:50 am. We pass you at the door of your Hotel or Airbnb in Zona Centro de la Ciudad de Mexico. After picking up all passengers, travel directly to Teotihuacan

2San Juan Teotihuacan
5:30 am - Check In: All passengers must present an Official ID, take their weight and we will assign their balloon. 5: 40 am - Coffee Break. Enjoy a careful selection of coffee, tea and a variety of snacks as you prepare for an unforgettable experience. 5 : 50am - We leave for our takeoff zone. 6:00 am - 6:10 am. You will have time to take pictures while enjoying the spectacle of hot air balloon inflation. 6:20 am - Start your flight through the majestic Teotihuacan Valley. The flight takes between 30 - 40 min depending on weather conditions. 7 : 20 am - After landing we will have a traditional toast with sparkling wine. We return to the starting point and you will receive a flight certificate and a digital photo printed as a souvenir. Landing is carried out by certified pilots and backed by properly trained support staff, ensuring the highest standards of safety during landing.

4Piramides De Teotihuacan
9:20 am - You will have the opportunity to explore the majestic Archaeological Zone of Teotihuacan at your own pace. You can choose between a 1.5-hour or 2-hour tour, enough time to tour some of the most iconic sites of this ancient pre-Hispanic city and admire its impressive historical and cultural legacy up close.

11 : 30 am - We will transfer you back to Mexico City, with estimated arrival at your hotel between 12 : 00 p.m. and 1 : 00 p.m.
