Meeting and pickup
IMPORTANT: Please enter your address if it does not appear automatically, so we can verify whether pickup is available at your location.
One day before your flight, starting at 7:00 PM, we will contact you via WhatsApp or Viator to confirm your exact pickup time and location. Please wait for this confirmation message.
PICKUP DETAILS
• Pickup time: Between 4:20 AM and 5:10 AM, depending on your location.
• Service area: Mexico City — Roma, Reforma, Historic Center, and Polanco.
• Waiting time: Maximum 5 minutes. If you are not ready at the confirmed pickup time, you will need to make your own way to our facilities in Teotihuacán to join the tour.
If your accommodation is located in areas such as Coyoacán, Santa Fe, or Mexico City International Airport (AICM), we can offer private transportation for an additional fee. Otherwise, your designated meeting point will be Ángel de la Independencia, where our shared transportation will pick you up.
Our meeting point is Gran Teocalli, in Teotihuacán. You can easily find us by searching for “Gran Teocalli” on Google Maps. The location is near the main tourist area and close to the Teotihuacán Pyramids. Once you arrive, please look for the Gran Teocalli entrance and reception area.

4:00 AM – 4:50 AM: Pick-up at your hotel or Airbnb within Mexico City. Once all passengers have been picked up, we will travel to Teotihuacán.

5:10 AM – Check-in: All passengers must present a valid ID during check-in. 5:20 AM – 5:50 AM – Coffee Break: Enjoy a wide variety of snacks and refreshments. 5:50 AM – 6:00 AM – Transfer to the Balloon Port: We will take you to the balloon launch area. 6:00 AM – 6:30 AM – Balloon Inflation: Take some time to take photos and enjoy watching the balloon inflation process. 6:30 AM – Flight Begins: Your flight over the Valley of Teotihuacán begins. The flight lasts up to 45 minutes, depending on weather conditions. 7:30 AM – Traditional Toast: Enjoy a traditional toast with sparkling wine after your flight. 8:00 AM – Return to Reception: We will return to the reception area.

8:30 AM – Traditional Mexican Breakfast: We will head to one of the most impressive caves in the Teotihuacán Valley. You will enjoy a traditional Mexican breakfast inside a natural cave, surrounded by a spectacular view.

4Piramides de Teotihuacan
9:30 AM – Teotihuacán Pyramids: You will have enough time to explore the majestic pyramids of Teotihuacán. The duration of this visit may vary depending on the group’s decision.

5Mexico City
10:30 AM – 11:00 AM – Return to Mexico City: We will take you back to your hotel or designated meeting point. The return journey may vary depending on traffic and can take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
