Complimentary private pickup and drop-off are available from Abu Dhabi hotels, residences, shopping malls, Zayed International Airport, and Abu Dhabi cruise terminals within the designated pickup area. Pickup from Dubai, Al Ain, or other emirates is not included.
Hotel guests should wait in the lobby 10 minutes before the confirmed pickup time. Cruise passengers will be met in the terminal arrivals area. For airport pickup, please contact the driver by WhatsApp or phone after completing immigration, baggage collection, and customs. The driver will guide you to the vehicle pickup point at the exit of the arrivals hall.
Your pickup time, driver contact, and vehicle details will be shared by WhatsApp before the tour. Please provide a working WhatsApp number, full pickup address, and flight details if arriving by air.
For self-arrival guests only: meet at Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Visitor Centre / main taxi drop-off area. Your driver-guide will contact you by WhatsApp before the tour and guide you to the exact meeting spot. Private pickup remains available from Abu Dhabi locations.
