With the chef you will prepare traditional cuisine, and you will learn about the history and culture of the place. The menus can also be vegetarian and gluten free on request. Only local raw materials and products will be used, techniques and methods handed down by grandmothers will be learned with some little secrets. All the recipes will be delivered in paper format and if necessary also the digital ones, so that guests can redo the recipes they have learned at home. You will have the chef's multimedia data at your disposal for any advice you may need.
