An intimate experience, to discover Mexico through its gastronomy. As a chef, I share recipes of my own authorship, reinterpreting Mexican techniques from a contemporary perspective, using local and seasonal products.
The travelers actively participate in the entire process: from mise en place to cooking and plating.
