Pickup details:

For pickup from the airport terminal: You will receive a text with the instructions about where to meet your driver. Your driver will communicate with you via phone/WhatsApp to set up meeting point. You will also receive a push notification with the meeting point. Your driver will wait at the meeting point and will track your flight to find out your arrival terminal. They will wait for you at the exit of the terminal. For curbside pickup (without meet-and-greet): You will receive a text with the instructions to meet your driver. After your flight’s arrival, your driver will contact you via WhatsApp, phone call, or text message, to arrange the meeting point. Once you are ready, your driver will meet you at the meeting point in less than 5 minutes.

What to expect

After booking, you receive confirmation and clear pickup instructions. Available both ways - airport arrivals and Manhattan departures. Business SUV round-trip options are available for JFK, LGA and EWR. Your chauffeur monitors your flight in real time and adjusts for early arrivals or delays. For airport arrivals, curbside pickup is included; inside-terminal meet and greet with a name sign is available as an upgrade. For departures, we monitor traffic and your flight time for on-time pickup. Your driver contacts you by SMS or WhatsApp before pickup and shares the meeting point. Your price is fixed and all-inclusive: taxes, tolls and standard fees are included, with no surge pricing. Up to 60 minutes complimentary airport waiting is included. Additional stops or waiting beyond the complimentary 60 minutes can be arranged on request. Travel in a private luxury SUV and enjoy direct, door-to-door service.
