What to expect

Are you a pasta lover and would you like to discover the art of making traditional Italian pasta? Ovan takes you on a culinary journey, learning the intricacies of pasta making and immersing yourself in Italian cuisine. In the workshop you will learn to make different pasta shapes by hand and discover your own culinary creativity. We are inspired by the shapes of Sardinia such as Malloreddus, Andarinos, Lorighittas. You will also learn how to make the perfect filling for Culurgiones and combine it harmoniously with a tasty sauce. Ovan will guide you step by step and show you how to achieve the perfect texture and taste. Ovan will inspire you with creative ideas and help you create your own unique variations. After the workshop you will of course have lunch with your homemade pasta! What sets us apart from the rest is our focus on healthy varieties of pasta.
