The Nourish Day Retreat is a carefully curated experience designed to guide you through movement, stillness, nature, and recovery — all set within the peaceful surroundings of Ballyburren.

What to expect
This is your space to switch off, breathe deeply, and reconnect.
Arrival & Welcome Tea - 10:00am
The instructor will meet and greet you at the main car park and take you down to the wellness trail for a nice tea.
Guided Breathwork Session - 10:15am
Learn powerful breathing techniques to release tension, calm the nervous system, and improve mental clarity.
Sauna & Cold Shower Experience - 11:00am
Boost circulation, recovery, and overall wellbeing with contrast therapy.
Woodland nature walk to Coffee Island - 11:50am
A relaxing woodland nature walk to the Island.
Lunch - 12:15pm
Enjoy a nourishing lunch by Rare Grazing NI at the beautiful island on a pond.
Move to the Marquee - 1:15pm
Take a short stroll to the marquee.
Restorative Yoga & Meditation Session - 1:30pm
Take part in the yoga & meditation session in the beautiful marquee with clear sides overlooking one of the ponds.
Tea & Relaxation - 2:30pm
Wind down even further with tea and relaxation time in the marquee.
Finish - 3:30pm
Make your way back to the main car park feeling relaxed, energized and refreshed.
