Meeting and pickup
Cruise Ship Guests: Please meet us at the Waterfront Centre in George Town, just a couple of blocks from the cruise port. Your exact meeting time and instructions will be provided with your confirmation.
Seven Mile Beach Guests: Convenient pickup is available from participating hotels and accommodations within the Seven Mile Beach area. Please provide the name of your accommodation at the time of booking so we can confirm your pickup location and time.
No Accommodation Information / Outside Pickup Area: If accommodation information is not provided at the time of booking, or if you are staying outside the designated pickup area, your meeting point will be Cayman Falls Plaza, across from The Westin Grand Cayman.

Begin your adventure with convenient pickup from your Seven Mile Beach accommodation or cruise port meeting point, followed by a comfortable ride to the dock where your two-stop boat adventure begins. Cruise across the beautiful North Sound for approximately 30 minutes before arriving at Stingray City, one of the Cayman Islands’ top attractions. Home to some of the largest southern stingrays in the Caribbean, this is a must when visiting Grand Cayman. Step into the crystal-clear, shallow waters of Stingray City, where the depth doesn't exceed five feet, and enjoy time in the water as graceful southern stingrays glide around you. With incredible photo opportunities all around, it’s one of those unmistakable Cayman moments you won’t want to miss. Then climb back aboard and continue across the North Sound toward your second stop for reef snorkeling, where another side of Grand Cayman’s underwater world awaits.

After Stingray City, climb back aboard for an approximately 30-minute cruise toward your second stop, Barrier Reef or Coral Gardens, selected that day based on the best snorkeling conditions. Slip into the clear Caribbean water and explore a colorful underwater world filled with tropical fish and vibrant reef life. Swim above the reef, take in the scenery beneath the surface, and enjoy time snorkeling alongside family and friends. Reef snorkeling is one of the highlights of this Cayman adventure — a chance to discover an entirely different world beneath the Caribbean Sea before cruising back to the dock and returning to your hotel or cruise port meeting point.

- From cruise terminals, walk LEFT for 2-8 minutes depending on which terminal your ship tenders to, until you see the Waterfront Centre building, a 2-story yellow building with a blue roof. We are on the ground floor near the south end of the building. For check-ins at the Cayman Falls office, it is opposite the Westin Hotel on Seven Mile Beach.
- Transfer service is available exclusively for accommodations located in the Seven Mile Beach area.
- The second snorkeling stop will be at Barrier Reef or Coral Gardens. The captain will select the location based on the day’s water and weather conditions to provide the best possible snorkeling experience.
- Stingrays and other marine wildlife should be observed in their natural habitat and not touched, handled, fed or removed from the water. Please follow your crew’s instructions throughout the experience.
- Water and fruit punch are included. Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and additional beverages in plastic containers. Glass containers are not permitted on board.
- Seven Mile Beach Guests: Pickup is available from participating accommodations within the Seven Mile Beach area. Please provide your accommodation name at the time of booking so we can confirm your pickup location and time.

- What to Bring: Bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and comfortable clothing for your day on the water.
- Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather.
- Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
- Guests who participate in snorkeling should know how to swim and be comfortable moving independently in the water and getting on and off the boat. Life jackets and snorkeling equipment are provided.
