Explore Oslo’s fjord islands on a guided island-hopping tour and discover a quieter, more natural side of the city. Travel across the Oslofjord by public ferry and enjoy fresh sea air, calm water views, green islands, and beautiful coastal scenery.
During the tour, you will visit two different fjord islands, each with its own atmosphere. One part of the tour takes you close to nature, with easy walking paths, forest areas, open coastlines, quiet beaches, and scenic viewpoints. Another part shows Oslo’s local summer island life, with traditional wooden cottages, colorful gardens, small beaches, and a relaxed island atmosphere.
Your guide will share stories and local insights about the islands, nature, history, and everyday life around the Oslofjord.
You will also have the opportunity to enjoy your own picnic lunch outdoors, and on warm days there may be a chance to swim in the fjord.
Return to Oslo by ferry with beautiful views of the waterfront, Akershus Fortress, Oslo City Hall.
