We offer a unique experience in a three-storey family home in the historic San Telmo neighbourhood. Centrally located, it is easily accessible from anywhere in the city. Designed for entertaining friends and cooking the best wood-fired dishes, it’s a home like no other. It has a spacious terrace, open-plan rooms and a clay oven. The experience includes an authentic evening with friends where you can learn how to prepare a traditional Argentine asado or other delicious clay oven dishes. We'll start with a platter of appetisers featuring local produce and Argentinian vermouth. Then, we will show you how to make homemade chimichurri. Then we will all enjoy the main course together, accompanied by Argentinian wine or non-alcoholic options. We can also offer customised menus for special dietary needs, featuring top-quality ingredients and seasonal vegetables. To finish, we'll enjoy traditional Argentine ice cream. Depending on preference and the weather, main courses can be oven-baked or grilled. Advance reservations are required.
