Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime expedition into the path of totality during the Total Solar Eclipse on August 12th, 2026. Departing from Reykjavík, this full-day experience is designed to maximize your chances of witnessing the eclipse beneath clear Icelandic skies.
Our primary destination is the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, famous for its volcanic coastlines, rugged cliffs, and dramatic scenery. However, Icelandic weather changes quickly, so our experienced local team will continuously monitor forecasts throughout the day. Depending on conditions, the route may also head toward Iceland’s South Coast, Reykjanes Peninsula, or another carefully selected viewing area within the path of totality.
Enjoy scenic landscapes, picnic-style refreshments, eclipse viewing glasses, and the unforgettable moment when Iceland briefly falls into twilight beneath the solar corona.
