Namba is where Osaka's Food Culture Begins. We meet in front of the Holiday Inn Osaka Namba, right in the heart of the city's most vibrant entertainment district. After a short introduction to Osaka's reputation as Japan's Kitchen, we dive straight into two of its most iconic comfort foods. Watch authentic Osaka-style okonomiyaki being freshly grilled before your eyes, then continue with crispy kushikatsu, the city's famous deep-fried skewers, loved by locals for generations and impossible to stop after the first bite.

2Dotonbori Street
We stroll through the legendary streets of Dotonbori, famous for its giant restaurant façades, oversized moving signs, colorful neon lights, and lively canals.
