    We spend all the time in the heart of Perugia historic center. We begin with an introduction to Perugia’s history to then jump into food culture and Umbrian culinary traditions.

  • Rocca Paolina (Pass by)

    Medieval Perugia in one stop: this was built by Pope Paul III in 1540: Rocca Paolina is a subterranean fortress that swallowed an entire medieval neighborhood. Inside, you see atmospheric underground stone streets, giant brick vaults, and embedded remnants of ancient tower-houses now traversed by modern public escalators. We will only see a bit of this from the outside, but you're welcome to enter it by yourselves after the tour.

    Stroll along Perugia’s elegant main street while discovering two of the city’s signature flavors.
