If the pick-up is from the hotel, please provide us with the hotel name, address and time you want us to drop by.
If pickup is at the airport, please share your full name, flight number and a phone number with WhatsApp. If you don’t have WhatsApp, you can send us an email or contact number via text message via iPhone.
**Reservation Confirmed :** Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message with the driver's information, including name, phone and vehicle license plate. This data will be sent one day before the service. **Flight tracking:**We will keep an eye on your flight status to adjust your pickup time in case of delays or changes in arrival. **Meeting at the airport :** The driver will meet you at the main exit with an identification sign or contact you via WhatsApp to coordinate the meeting point. **Safe Transfer :**You will enjoy a comfortable and safe journey in an authorized vehicle to your hotel or final destination. **Arrival and accompaniment :** We will drop you off directly at the door of your accommodation. In addition, our team will be available to support you if you need help during the process.
