    Kathmandu to Soti Khola

    Start your adventure with an early morning drive from Kathmandu toward Soti Khola, the starting point of the Manaslu Circuit Trek. The journey takes you through Nepal’s changing landscapes, from busy Kathmandu to green hills, river valleys and traditional villages. After reaching Soti Khola, settle into your accommodation and prepare for the trek ahead.

    Soti Khola to Machha Khola

    Begin your first full day of trekking along the Budhi Gandaki River. The trail passes through forests, rocky paths, waterfalls and small settlements. You will cross several suspension bridges and gradually enter the quieter landscapes of the Manaslu region. Continue along the river until reaching Machha Khola.

    Machha Khola to Jagat

    Continue trekking deeper into the Manaslu region. The trail follows the Budhi Gandaki through narrow valleys, forests and traditional settlements.
