Meeting and pickup
The workshop will take place on Boiler Studio in Chán Street 77, a very typical street in front of the Cathedral. The most famous spots around us are the São Bento Train Station, Luis I bridge, Time Out Market and the Cathedral. The Studio has also Tile Painting Workshop, please contact us to book.
What to expect
With lots of conversation, good music, and cocktails, you will learn to make the enigmatic Pastel de Nata, a Portuguese conventual sweet.
The host divides the recipe tasks among all attendees, a maximum of 20 people, with three workstations and two teachers.
In the end, a tasting, presentation of the history, and each guest will take three custard tarts with them.
It is not possible to make the dough from scratch because it takes about 3 hours to be ready to use, so one made by us is used.
The pasta recipe is provided to all participants and the way to make it is explained.
If you wish to complete all the tasks in the recipe, you can request a private workshop.
