- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Pitti, Boboli Gardens, or Vasari Corridor.
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction
- Audio guide requirements: Each guest must use their own phone and headphones/earphones, as we do not provide devices or headsets. Please make sure you have at least 300 MB of free space for the audio guide app and that your phone is fully charged.
- Date and time are fixed. Once your booking is confirmed, changes cannot be made. Entry is only valid for the specific date and time selected.

- Please note that the Uffizi Gallery does not have WiFi service available inside the museum.
