This is not a standard wine tour with a fixed itinerary. Every experience is carefully tailored to your interests, whether you prefer iconic wine estates, boutique wineries, spectacular scenery or hidden gems.
Before your tour, I’ll discuss your wine preferences and design a personalised itinerary from more than 100 wineries across the Cape Winelands. Whether you’re new to wine or an experienced enthusiast, I’ll select wineries that best match your tastes.
As a local private guide, I’ll share the stories behind the wines, the history of the region and insights into South African culture, making the experience about far more than simply visiting wineries.
Because this is a completely private tour, there’s no need to rush. Spend longer at your favourite winery, stop for photos, enjoy a relaxed lunch or adapt the itinerary throughout the day. My goal is to create a memorable experience that’s completely tailored to you.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Hotel pickup and drop-off are included. Groups of one to four guests travel in a luxury 2022 Audi A5 Sportback. For groups of five to seven guests, a comfortable larger vehicle will be arranged, subject to availability.
What to expect
We’ll visit four selected wine estates for three tastings and a leisurely lunch stop. Groups of one to four travel in my luxury Audi A5 Sportback. A rented larger vehicle is required for five to seven guests and is subject to availability, especially at short notice or during peak periods. Please contact me before booking so availability can be confirmed.
I’ll share stories about South African wine, the Cape Winelands and our local culture.
Because this is a private tour, there’s no fixed itinerary or large group to keep up with. We can spend more time at your favourite winery, stop for photographs, browse Stellenbosch or Franschhoek, or simply relax and enjoy the scenery. My goal is to create a memorable day tailored to your interests.
Wine tasting fees and lunch are paid directly at the venues, giving you complete flexibility to choose the tasting experiences that interest you most.
