Meeting and pickup
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall at Barcelona El Prat Airport holding a sign with your name.
Flight tracking is included — if your flight is delayed your driver will already know and will be waiting when you land.
Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 both covered. Please provide your flight number at booking so we can confirm your arrival terminal and track your flight.

What to expect
On arrival day, your driver tracks your flight and adjusts to early or delayed landings at no extra charge, with up to 60 minutes of waiting after landing included.
Your driver meets you at the agreed meeting point, which we confirm with you beforehand for Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, helps load your luggage, and drives you directly to your ship's terminal at the Port of Barcelona, whether that is Moll Adossat A, B, C or D, or the World Trade Center. At the port, your driver drops you at the terminal entrance closest to check-in and unloads your luggage. If anything changes on the day, you can reach us on WhatsApp at any point from booking to drop-off.
