Your driver will be waiting at your cruise terminal exit with a name sign displaying your name.
We cover all Barcelona cruise terminals including Moll Adossat (Terminals A, B, C, D) and World Trade Center terminal. If you are unsure of your terminal please provide your ship name at booking and we will confirm the correct pickup location.
All cruises are monitored for delays — if your ship arrives late your driver will already know and will be waiting at no extra charge.
What to expect
On the day of your transfer, your driver will be monitoring your cruise ship arrival in real time. If your ship is delayed, your driver will already know and will be waiting — no extra charges, no need to contact anyone.
When you disembark, your driver will be waiting at the terminal exit with a sign displaying your name. Your luggage is loaded and you depart directly to your hotel or accommodation with no shared stops.
The drive to Barcelona city centre takes approximately 20—30 minutes depending on traffic. We drop off directly at your hotel entrance and assist with unloading your luggage so you can check in relaxed and refreshed.
