What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Hotel / Apartment Pickup: Please send me your full address in advance, and wait in the lobby or at the main entrance of your accommodation.
Exhibition Pickup: For the Canton Fair or other exhibitions, send me your hall number and nearest gate in advance so I can find you quickly.
Airport / Train Station Pickup (if applicable): I'll meet you inside the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. 60 minutes of free waiting is included at the airport, 30 minutes at train stations.
Communication: If you can't find me, message me immediately via WhatsApp/WeChat, or Viator messenger if we haven't connected yet.
Special Requests: Let me know in advance if you need a child seat, have oversized luggage, or if your trip extends beyond Guangzhou to other Greater Bay Area cities (an inter-city surcharge may apply).
What to expect
Before you land, we confirm your flight, arrival time, destination and any special requirements, so your pickup is prepared in advance.

After immigration and baggage collection, meet your GZY Elite local contact at the agreed pickup point. We track your flight and adjust the pickup when needed.

We assist with local communication, luggage and practical arrival needs, helping you settle into Guangzhou smoothly and confidently.

Travel comfortably by private vehicle to your hotel, residence, office or other agreed destination in Guangzhou.

Your support does not have to end at drop-off. We can continue supporting your transportation needs with private chauffeur service across Guangzhou and the Greater Bay Area. If your trip involves business meetings, supplier visits, interpretation, sourcing or projects in China, we can also provide ongoing executive support and on-the-ground execution.
