Meeting and pickup

You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

1. Airport Arrivals: Driver will wait inside the arrivals hall at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. 60 minutes of free waiting time is included.

2. Train Station Arrivals: Driver will meet travelers inside the arrivals hall of Guangzhou South/East/Central/North stations with a sign. 60 minutes of free waiting time is included.

3. Hotel/Address Pickup: Please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance of your accommodation. For apartments/Airbnb, provide the full address and entry instructions in advance. 15 minutes of free waiting time is included.

4. Contact: If you cannot find your driver, please contact us immediately via the Viator messenger.

5. Special Requests: Child seats, oversized luggage, or pickups outside central districts must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.

What to expect

1. Booking Confirmation – Travelers book the transfer on Viator and provide travel details (flight/train number, hotel/address, lead traveler’s name, and contact info).

2. Driver Assignment – A professional driver and vehicle are arranged in advance. The driver monitors flight/train arrival times and adjusts for delays when possible.

3. Meet & Greet –

Airport/Train Station Arrivals: Driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name.

Hotel Pickups: Driver meets travelers in the hotel lobby or designated pickup point.

4. Luggage Assistance – Driver helps load suitcases and ensures passengers are comfortable before departure.

5. Private Transfer – Travelers enjoy a direct, private ride in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle with bottled water, tissues, and phone charging available.

6. Drop-off – Travelers are dropped off safely at their hotel or specified address. Out-of-area drop-offs are available with a small surcharge.

7. Completion – Driver assists with unloading luggage and ensures travelers arrive smoothly at their final destination.
