3. Mission Start & Executive Support

Pickup can be arranged from your hotel, airport, railway station, office or another agreed location. Your local coordinator stays focused on the confirmed priorities and schedule.

4. On-the-Ground Business Execution

We coordinate meetings, exhibitions, supplier appointments, factory visits, transportation, bilingual communication and real-time adjustments as conditions change. One accountable local team keeps the mission moving.

5. Mission Wrap-Up & Next Steps

At the end of the booked service, we help close out the day’s schedule and identify any follow-up actions, supplier communication, future visits or continued China-side support that may be required.
