Meeting and pickup
Hotel / Apartment Pickup: Please send me your full address in advance, and wait in the lobby or at the main entrance of your accommodation.
Exhibition Pickup: For the Canton Fair or other exhibitions, send me your hall number and nearest gate in advance so I can find you quickly.
Airport / Train Station Pickup (if applicable): I'll meet you inside the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. 60 minutes of free waiting is included at the airport, 30 minutes at train stations.
Communication: If you can't find me, message me immediately via WhatsApp/WeChat, or Viator messenger if we haven't connected yet.
Special Requests: Let me know in advance if you need a child seat, have oversized luggage, or if your trip extends beyond Guangzhou to other Greater Bay Area cities (an inter-city surcharge may apply).

From there, the day is yours. Dongguan's factories are scattered across dozens of industrial towns — Chang'an, Humen, Dalang — easy to get lost in and hard to reach without a car and the language. I drive, interpret, and open the doors that stay closed to visitors: the supplier who takes you seriously, the factory that lets you in, the audit that actually gets done. As a former Huawei engineer, I can hold a technical conversation with the engineers and tell a real manufacturer from a middleman with a nice showroom. One person from morning until you're back at your hotel, never alone with a problem.
