Pickup details:

Hotel / Apartment Pickup: Please send me your full address in advance, and wait in the lobby or at the main entrance of your accommodation.

Exhibition Pickup: For the Canton Fair or other exhibitions, send me your hall number and nearest gate in advance so I can find you quickly.

Airport / Train Station Pickup (if applicable): I'll meet you inside the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. 60 minutes of free waiting is included at the airport, 30 minutes at train stations.

Communication: If you can't find me, message me immediately via WhatsApp/WeChat, or Viator messenger if we haven't connected yet.

Special Requests: Let me know in advance if you need a child seat, have oversized luggage, or if your trip extends beyond Guangzhou to other Greater Bay Area cities (an inter-city surcharge may apply).

    Then we go. I drive you door to door, through deep local networks built over years, straight to real manufacturers — not middlemen with nice showrooms. As a former Huawei senior engineer, I hold the technical conversation with the engineers on the floor: specs, tolerances, capacity, and when an answer doesn't add up. I interpret every meeting, so pricing, minimum orders, and lead times are clear on both sides. By the end of the day you'll know which supplier is real, what things actually cost, and who's worth a second meeting.
