With its dramatic volcanic peaks, winding streets and glacial valleys, Edinburgh is a city built on hills — and there’s no better way to discover it than by e-bike. Embark on a one-hour journey to the iconic Arthur’s Seat, an ancient volcanic landscape formed millions of years ago, where spectacular views meet centuries of Scottish history, folklore and legend, experiencing the city from a whole new perspective.

The tour continues by foot, as you journey into the heart of Edinburgh’s atmospheric Old Town showcasing what is thought to be the inspiration behind the wizarding world of Harry Potter.

  • Palace of Holyroodhouse (Pass by)

    Our first stop — we'll pause to take in Holyrood Palace and the Scottish Parliament building's striking modern architecture right beside it.

    Arthur's Seat

    Your e-bike will gently take you up the calming countryside-like scenery of Aurthur's Seat, from where you will be able to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views before effortlessly gliding back.

  • Royal Mile (Pass by)

    We'll drop our bikes back at our base, then make our way to the Royal Mile on foot to marvel at the medieval architecture and narrow closes. One of the most famous in the city is Advocates close, that offers spectacular views of Scotts Monument. On route, we will also stop at the city chambers courtyard to find JK Rowlings bronze handprints.

    Greyfriars Kirk

    A must see for all Potterhead's! Greyfriars Kirkyard is known for gravestones that match main character names in the Harry Potter series, including Thomas Riddle (Lord Voldemort), William McGonagall, Robert Potter, Elizabeth Moodie, and the Black Family.

    Victoria Street

    To finish our tour, we walk down through the colorful winding of Victoria Street. Said to be the inspiration behind Diagon Alley, it is now home to a number of bustling cafes and Harry Potter gift shops, where you can purchase licensed merchandise.
