Meeting and pickup
Airport: The driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with a sign in your name. He will assist you with your luggage and accompany you to the vehicle. 1 hour free waiting time is included after landing.
Hotels/Residences: The driver will be waiting for you at the Inn reception or at the address provided (private residence, apartment, Airbnb, etc.). 30 minutes of free waiting time are included.
The driver will contact you before pick-up, either by phone or via the Viator messaging system or Tripadvisor according to the contact details you have provided. You can also exchange via SMS or WhatsApp if this is enabled. In case of need, you can leave a message directly via Viator or Tripadvisor.

- No change of address after Reservation
- Cancellation: 100% fee if less than 24 hours before
**Waiting arrangements:**
**For airports:**
"Beyond a free one hour wait after landing, the driver will be obliged to leave the premises and the transfer will be considered honored."
**For hotels/private addresses:**
"After the 30-minute free waiting period, the driver will be able to leave the pick-up place and the service will be considered over."
