Please look for our guide holding a signboard with the letters "HIS". Exit Fukushima Station and head east along the main road toward Umeda. Continue straight for about 5 to 7 minutes (around 450 meters) to reach the Mainichi Shimbun Building on your left.

There are about 1,300 cherry blossom trees along the crystal-clear river, mainly Yoshino cherry blossoms (Somei-yoshino), but you can also enjoy other unique varieties such as Yamazakura, Oshima-zakura, and Kanzan. It is a lovely place for a relaxing stroll under a beautiful blanket of pink petals.
