Meeting and pickup
Our office is located near the historic center of Oaxaca. We are inside the Hotel Escalada; while everyone arrives, you can enjoy a coffee or simply wait in our comfortable lounges.
What to expect
We'll visit a beautiful destilery (palenque), where you identify 3 differents process to make mezcal. You'll learn the traditional, artisanal and industrial methods. But we will focus in artisanal process. Also discover the best way to drink it through touch, smell, sight, and taste.
In addition We going to my agave fields, you can learn about the different types of agave that grow in our region and you will try to cut pencas de maguey like authentic Mezcalero!
We'll conclude with a delicious tlayudas in small place in my hometown.
