Please note that A.U. Hotel is located inside the transit area of Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH), and due to airport security regulations, we kindly request you to proceed to the Arrival area and meet our driver at the following location:

- The maximum waiting time for each booking is 10 minutes from the confirmed pickup time. If a guest is not present within the allocated waiting period, the driver will proceed to the next pickup location to avoid delays for other passengers. Guests who miss their pickup due to late arrival will be considered "No Show," and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
- Vehicle Allocation To ensure a comfortable travel experience, vehicles are assigned based on the number of guests booked for the tour: • 7-Seater Vehicle: Accommodates up to 6 guests. • 13-Seater Vehicle: Accommodates up to 12 guests.
- For groups exceeding 12 participants, additional charges will apply on a per-person basis. The exact rate will depend on the number of participants and the vehicle required. Please contact our team with your total number of participants, and we will provide the most suitable vehicle option and the additional per-person price accordingly.
