TULUM
* Hotel pickup is NOT available. Service is provided only from one meeting point in downtown Tulum, located around the intersection of Boca Paila Avenue and the Cancún-Tulum Highway. The specific meeting spot can vary slightly according to where the vehicle is allowed to stop. The day before your trip, we will advise you of the exact place where you must meet us the following day.

IMPORTANT:

In Cancún: Hotels or accommodations situated within the southwestern quadrant of the city, between the intersection of Av Cancún and Av Kabah, as well as those located within the northern quadrant after Av José López Portillo, are handled only through a downtown meeting point due to security conditions and the poor condition of certain streets. Even when a property appears among the listed accommodations, transportation will still be scheduled from the downtown area.

Hotels or accommodations located in the northern quadrant of Cancún, after Av José López Portillo, are also limited to a downtown meeting point because of safety conditions and the poor state of local roads. Even if the accommodation is displayed on the list, transportation will be arranged from downtown Cancún.

In Playa del Carmen: Hotels or accommodations outside the downtown perimeter, between 30 Av Sur and Av Luis Donaldo Colosio, are served only through a meeting point in central Playa del Carmen due to security concerns and unsuitable street conditions. Even if your accommodation appears listed, pickup will be organized from the downtown area. This limitation does not apply to accommodations located within the Playacar hotel zone or Riviera Maya resorts adjoining Playa del Carmen to the north or south.

For most accommodations located in the metropolitan coastal section of Playa del Carmen, such as properties on 5th Avenue, travelers will be assigned the nearest available meeting point. Traffic authorities restrict shared transportation vehicles from circulating on streets parallel to the beach. In most cases, the designated meeting location will be only a short walk away at the closest authorized bus stop to your accommodation.

This experience does NOT offer hotel pickup on any island and does not include ferry fares or crossing tickets to or from an island. If you are staying, for example, on Isla Mujeres or Cozumel, you are responsible for making the crossing independently. Our transportation will collect you at the bus stop closest to the ferry pier on the mainland side of Riviera Maya, and your return service will finish at the same place where you originally boarded.

Certain accommodations, hotels, or resorts may be subject to access limitations caused by security concerns, road barriers, restrictions imposed by authorities, deteriorated streets, or unpaved routes that cannot be reached safely by vehicle. If any of these conditions apply, the final confirmation sent one day before your trip will provide the closest accessible meeting point and/or bus stop.

Access to the grounds of medium-sized and large hotels, resorts, or hotel complexes may also depend on each property's internal rules. Although most properties allow shared excursion transportation services to enter, some may restrict access for security or privacy reasons. If access is denied or limited, the final confirmation sent one day before your trip will direct you to the hotel entrance or to the nearest accessible meeting point outside the hotel premises.

If the meeting location selected during your booking is later confirmed by our team through the final confirmation but does not correspond to the accommodation where you are actually staying, you must notify our team in writing by email, reservation chat, text message, or WhatsApp, preferably within the first minutes/hours after receiving that final confirmation. This gives us the opportunity to adjust the transportation arrangements and meet you outside your actual accommodation or at another assigned meeting point. If you did not notify our team in writing beforehand and request a meeting point change only a few minutes before, during, or after your scheduled pickup time, the modification will depend entirely on availability and approval and cannot be guaranteed. A late change may disrupt the scheduled pickup sequence for other travelers and affect the timing of guests who are already inside the vehicle. Under our standard operating procedure, our team will first look for travelers at the hotel lobby, official boarding area, or front desk and, only afterward, at a newly assigned meeting location when such a change has previously been approved.

Exact pickup schedules differ considerably according to the area where travelers are staying. Several vehicles operate simultaneously and are distributed by geographic zone, meaning that no individual vehicle covers every pickup area. Approximate pickup windows include:

Cancún downtown and Hotel Zone: 6:30 AM – 7:45 AM
Playa Mujeres and Costa Mujeres: 5:50 AM – 6:50 AM
Puerto Morelos: 6:45 AM – 7:30 AM
Playa del Carmen and Playacar: 7:10 AM – 7:55 AM
Riviera Maya: 7:30 – 8:30 AM
Tulum: 9:30 AM

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that the estimated times above are not final or fixed and can vary according to the exact location of each hotel or meeting point.

By booking this experience, you also acknowledge and accept that its transportation operation is organized from Cancún. As a result, accommodations located farther away from central Cancún may receive an earlier or later pickup schedule.

The time indicated on your ticket is an average boarding time commonly assigned to most travelers. Please contact our team directly to obtain your precise pickup schedule. If anything is unclear, you should also verify your assigned meeting location directly with our team.

Please be ready at the designated place and time, at least 5 minutes before your confirmed pickup. The permitted waiting period is very short and cannot be extended indefinitely for a single traveler. Please observe the scheduled timing. Remember that even a brief delay can accumulate throughout the transportation route and negatively affect guests already participating in the experience as well as those who have not yet been collected.

REMEMBER: The day before your trip, a final confirmation message will be sent through the contact channels associated with your reservation. This communication will contain your exact pickup time and boarding location. It is delivered through the reservation chat, email, and the telephone number entered in the reservation using WhatsApp and/or text message, depending on the communication methods available for that number and our ability to verify receipt. We therefore strongly encourage every traveler to provide truthful, up-to-date, active, and reachable contact information.
