3–5 passengers → 7-seater Minivan
6–9 passengers → 14-seater Van
10–12 passengers → 19-seater Van
13–15 passengers → 33-seater Bus

Extra Luggage Tip:
If you have more bags than listed, please add one extra passenger when booking.
Example: 2 passengers + 3 bags → Select "3 people".
This ensures we assign a larger, more spacious vehicle.

Want more legroom? Simply add one more passenger to your booking for a larger vehicle.
Infant Seats: Need a car seat? Leave a note at least 3 days in advance, and we'll prepare it free of charge.

Drive distance Coverage:
Includes up to 50 km (covers almost all downtown Shanghai hotels).

Outskirts Fee:
For distant locations (e.g., Songjiang, Qingpu, Zhujiajiao...), a small surcharge applies:
Sedan:~CNY 5/km
Larger Vehicles:Slightly higher rates

Transparency:
We confirm all details and extra charges in advance. No hidden fees.

⏰ Waiting Time Policy
Free Waiting: 2 hours after the airplane actual landing time.
Overtime Fee: USD 5 / CNY 35 per half hour thereafter.

No-Show Policy:
If we cannot reach you within 2 hours of landing, the driver will leave. This is considered a No-Show, and the service will be marked as completed with no refund.
