At 844 meters high, Pedra da Gávea is the largest seaside monolith in the world and offers one of the most spectacular views of the city: Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, Lagoon, South Zone, Barra da Tijuca, and the entire Rio de Janeiro coastline, all in one place!

The route : The trail is about 2.5 km uphill (approximately 5 km in total) and takes an average of 3 to 4 hours to complete, depending on the group's pace.

During the route, we traverse sections through the Atlantic Forest, intense climbs, roots, rocks, and the famous Carrasqueira challenge, a short climbing section where you need to use your hands.
